Managing Director

Michael Bartsch is Managing Director of Deutor Cyber Security Solutions GmbH.

Michael is a crisis manager, consultant and cybersecurity trainer. For many years he has been advising states and companies in the areas of risk prevention and the implementation of technical and organizational (cyber) security measures during and after a cyber attack. For the past 14 years he has been a cyber security expert at T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. He oversaw the design and development of secure IT systems for authorities, police, military and security services. As the founder of two public-private partnerships in Germany to fight cybercrime, he has a deep insight and knowledge of the `` modus operandi '' of cyber criminals. Michael is the Managing Director of the Cyber Crime Security Cooperation. He is also the chairman of the “Public Security” working group at Bitkom and Vice President of the Public Security Future Forum. He is a noted speaker and policy advisor and has published several publications on internet security.

Dr. Stefanie Frey

Dr. Stefanie Frey is Managing Director of Deutor Cyber Security Solutions GmbH.

She specializes in the development of strategies and solutions against criminal acts in the digital space for states, international organizations and companies in close cooperation with law enforcement authorities and other relevant bodies. She worked for the Swiss government for several years as a coordinator for the implementation of Switzerland's national cyber strategy. She contributes to the ENISA Working Group on Cyber Security and the OECD Working Party on Security and Privacy in the Digital Economy (SPDE) and has significantly influenced the outcome of the Digital Security Risk Recommendation. She is a member of the Advisory Group of ENISA and a member of the Swiss Armaments Commission and actively shapes the regional and global cybersecurity agenda with international and regional organizations. Dr. Frey holds a PhD from the Department of War Studies at King’s College in London and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the International School of Management (ISM) in Dortmund. She has published several books and publications on cybersecurity, the Cold War, and World War II and is a well known speaker.

Sebastian Münster

Cyber Security Consultant

Sebastian Münster is a trained physicist and rescue engineer. He complements Deutor Cyber Security Solutions GmbH as a Cyber Security Consultant.

His main tasks is the development of the Cyber Emergency Coordination Center (CECC), various consulting projects, ad-hoc cyber crisis management and training and education. From 2016 to 2020, Sebastian Münster was involved in consulting projects in the field of hazard prevention in Germany and abroad, with a strong focus on rescue service, fire protection and control center requirements planning.

Thomas Walloschke

Key Account Manager and Head of the Berlin Office

Thomas has many years of national and international IT and OT security experience in sales, project management and consulting at Siemens, Siemens-Nixdorf, Fujitsu Siemens and most recently at Fujitsu, were he was awarded the title Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer (FDE).

Thomas was responsible for architecture, conception and design of EU security projects in the CTO office. He previously advised IT and OT security strategies for corporate and cybersecurity in the EMEIA region. Prior to that, Thomas worked for 15 years in a leading position in sales for the judiciary, the penal system and the police, for restitution during reunification, for the introduction of the new ID card and other IT security projects for the federal IT consolidation department. He gained his industrial experience in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in his early years at Siemens and today advises industrial security on Industry 4.0 and critical infrastructures on the implementation of suitable security strategies. For over 25 years Thomas has accompanied numerous national and international industry associations as well as organizations such as ENISA, DIGITAL EUROPE and AIOTI. His focus is on the security requirements of the Industrial IoT (IIoT), which he brings in as the author of the Security Workgroup of the German Platform Industry 4.0 (PI40), as a working group leader and at GAIA-X. He has u. a. collaborated in the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) and is involved through PI40 together with the Japanese RRI Association for Supply Chain Security and Global Trustworthiness. Thomas represented Fujitsu as a security expert on numerous security committees. He is a Business Administration Graduate and Computer Scientist.

Sarah is a graduate mathematician with years of experience in managing online projects. She supports the Deutor Cyber Security Solutions GmbH team in project management and marketing.

Sarah uses her expertise in online marketing to support her colleagues with website design, print products and email campaigns. With targeted and understandable texts she makes the complex world of cybersecurity accessible to customers and partners.
